* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The Water Plant takes precautions on water well pump houses west of the Arkansas River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 5.3 feet Monday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
