...The Flood Warning continues or is extended for the following rivers in Indiana...
Flatrock River at Saint Paul.
Big Blue River at Carthage.
Driftwood River near Edinburgh.
Flatrock River near Columbus.
Big Blue River at Shelbyville.
East Fork White River from Columbus to Rivervale.
.Significant rainfall over the past 3 to 4 days has resulted in minor to moderate flooding along portions of the East Fork White River and associated tributaries in eastern and southeastern Indiana. Additional rain is possible at times through the weekend. Please stay advised of the latest forecasts and conditions through the weekend into next week, especially those who live near waterways or other flood prone areas.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Driftwood River near Edinburgh.
* WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Lowland flooding reported along Sugar Creek and Big Blue River in southern Johnson County in March 2011. Lowland flooding begins along portions of the Driftwood River in northern Bartholomew County. Water is near CR 950N to Double Y Saddle Club.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 10.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 12.6 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
