At 402 PM MDT, Heavy rainfall has ended in the warning area, but runoff is likely to continue in low water crossings along FM-34 and FM-192, east of Esperanza and south of I-10. Expect rocks and debris in the roads after water recedes.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
