At 431 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Point Judith Light to near Montauk Shoal to 10 nm southeast of Shinnecock Inlet, moving east at 25 knots.
Locations impacted include... Watch Hill, Charlestown Breachway, Sakonnet Point Light, Block Island Sound, The Coastal Waters West Of Block Island, Point Judith Light, Cuttyhunk Island, Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island Sound, Buzzards Bay Entrance Tower, and The Coastal Waters Between Block Island And Marthas Vineyard.
