* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Licking River in Ohio near Newark.

* WHEN...Until Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, A few inches of water covers Nathaniel Avenue, Forry Street near the 200 block, the Babe Ruth ball diamonds. Some low-lying areas near Little Texas and Summit Road east of Newark incur minor flooding, as well as Sleepy Hollow Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.0 feet just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
