* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1032 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain fell due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Vernon, Bummer, Climax, Disputanta, Johnetta, Wildie, Goochland, Hummel, Threelinks, Roundstone, Dudley Station, Rockford, Orlando, Cooksburg, Muellersville, Morrill, Conway, Snider, Renfro Valley and Clover Bottom.
