* WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas and Orange County Coastal Areas.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Monday to 11 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of low lying parking lots, parks, and roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tides of 7.2 to 7.5 will peak each evening between 7:30PM-10PM due to astronomical high tides.
