Locations impacted include... Lima, Bluffton, Fort Shawnee, Spencerville, Elida, Cridersville, Spencerville In Allen County, Cairo, Harrod, Beaverdam, Vaughnsville, Yoder, Westminster, Conant, Hume, Slabtown, Gomer, Rousculp, Southworth, and Needmore.

This includes Interstate 75 between mile markers 119 and 141.
