* At 323 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring, with broadcast media reporting several flooded streets and flooded basements in Paxton.
