* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 596 and 597.
* TIMING...Until 10 PM PDT this evening.
* WINDS...East winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 19 to 32 percent.
* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
