* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 942 PM HST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to locally heavy showers over the Koolau Mountains and windward Oahu. The heaviest showers continue to fall at a rate of up to one inch per hour, mainly north of Kaneohe. There have been rises in water levels in windward streams, especially at Waiahole. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waiahole, Waikane, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Kaaawa, Kaneohe, Punaluu, Kaneohe Marine Base, Hauula, Kalihi, Maunawili and Kailua.
