* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian.
* WHEN...Through late Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Typhoon Choi-wan (26W) is nearly stationary and is expected to pivot north-northeast through the northern CNMI through the weekend near Pagan and Agrihan. To the south of Choi-wan, surging monsoon inflow will maintain wet conditions into early next week, resulting in 4 to 6 inches of rain for Guam and Rota, and 5 to 8 inches for Tinian and Saipan during the Watch period. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
