* WHERE...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, nearly all the waters. Except, a Small Craft Advisory for the far northern portion near Cape Blanco.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially treacherous.
