The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for... Uvalde County in south central Texas...

* Until 100 AM CDT Thursday.

* At 643 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 6 and 16 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Portions of Highway 90 still have water of roadways.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Uvalde, Sabinal, Concan, Knippa, Reagan Wells, Garner State Park, Uvalde Estates, Laguna, Montell, Utopia, Cline and Blewett.
