* WHEN...From this afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Low secondary roads near the river begin to flood. Several houses in close proximity to the river are subject to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.8 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this afternoon to 18.1 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall Friday evening. It will rise to 18.5 feet early Sunday afternoon.
