* Until 430 AM EDT.

* At 127 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
