Flash Flood Warning

At 522 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. The heaviest rainfall was focused in the Taylor Creek basin in the Kolob Canyon area of Zion National Park. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Kolob Canyon area of Zion National Park including Taylor Creek and La Verkin Creek to Kolob Arch.
