Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Lake Havasu City, Topock, Yucca, Desert Hills, Arizona Village, Mohave Valley, Mojave Ranch Estates, Mesquite Creek, Oatman and Willow Valley.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 in Arizona between mile markers 0 and 30. Interstate 40 in California between mile markers 153 and 155.
