* WHERE...Outer Apostle Islands Beyond 5 NM from Mainland.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds and highest waves are expected in the far outer ring of the Apostle Islands, especially on the northeast side of Devils, North Twin, Outer, and Michigan islands.
