* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and west central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Macon and Sangamon. In east central Illinois, Douglas and Edgar. In west central Illinois, Morgan and Scott.

* WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
