At 1043 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 11 miles northeast of Ludell to 3 miles north of Herndon to 4 miles southeast of Oberlin, moving south at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Multiple public reports of half dollar to golf ball size hail in and around McCook between 1000 and 1015 pm CDT.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

These severe storms will be near... Herndon around 1050 PM CDT.
