* WHERE...Whitewater River at Brookville.

* WHEN...From this morning to late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding can be expected near Cedar Grove and New Trenton, with lowland flooding also occurring in West Harrison, Indiana and Harrison, Ohio.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 3.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.0 feet just after midnight tonight. - Action stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
