* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1000 PM EDT, the automated gauge on Duck Creek at Macksburg was at 13.4 feet, just above its minor flood stage of 13 feet, and very slowly rising. Bankfull is 10 feet. Farther downstream on Duck Creek, the automated gauge at Whipple was up to 7.5 feet and rising. It may reach its bankfull stage and even its minor flood stage of 13 feet overnight. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell Thursday morning. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
