While additional rainfall today will be much lighter, flooding is already occurring in the warned area from the earlier heavy rain. - The East Branch Delaware at Margaretville and Bush Kill Near Arkville are steadily rising and are expected to reach minor flood stage by later this morning or early afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
