* WHAT...Seas 7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Guam and Rota Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate to strong westerlies prevail across the Marianas as another resurgence in the monsoon builds over the northern CNMI. Combined seas of 7 to 10 feet are expected over the next few days, remaining hazardous to small craft through at least early Tuesday morning. Seas look to fall below hazardous levels for Guam and Rota by midweek as swells and wind waves relax.
