* WHERE...Southwestern Lee County in north central Illinois...
* WHEN...Until 815 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 640 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain producing showers have moved out of the area. However, minor flooding is likely ongoing in the advisory area due to locally 2 to 3 inches of rain that fell overnight from near Dixon to Harmon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
