* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, east winds 15 to 25 kt expected. For the Gale Warning, east winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 7 to 10 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 6 to 11 ft expected.

* WHERE...Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM to 10 AM AKDT Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM to 4 PM AKDT Friday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM Friday to 1 AM AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
