* WHERE...A portion of Utah, including the following areas, Castle Country and Central Mountains.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, dry washes, slot canyons, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations such as slickrock areas and recent burn scars.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - While heaviest rain has already fallen across the area, lingering widespread rainfall will continue to exacerbate flooding impacts through early Tuesday morning. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
