* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 216 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Rainfall is becoming lighter in the advisory area. However, runoff may still result in additional street flooding in some locations. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
