* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 3.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 15.5 feet late this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
