* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will create hazardous conditions for small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Minor lakeshore erosion and some overwash due to wave action is possible along the southern portions of the lake, including Pinopolis, Lions Beach and Short Stay.
