* At 1141 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 18 nm southeast of 14 Buoy to 40 nm south of Big Ten Fathom, moving east at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
