* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 3 to 5 ft expected. For the Gale Watch, north winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 4 to 6 ft possible.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 NM and Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 3 PM Friday to 6 AM EDT Saturday. For the Gale Watch, from Saturday morning through Saturday afternoon.
