* IMPACTS...Excessive rainfall runoff may result in flash flooding of normally dry washes, roadway dips and other low-lying areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected this afternoon into this evening. Rainfall rates in excess of 1 inch per hour are expected, with the stronger storms capable of producing total rainfall amounts between 1 to 3 inches.
