* WHERE...Icy Cape to Cape Suckling out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 10 PM AKDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 7 AM AKDT Monday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM Monday to 4 AM AKDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
