* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Schleicher County in west central Texas... Sutton County in west central Texas... Southeastern Tom Green County in west central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 145 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Local media have reported water rescues.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1045 AM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2.5 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
