* Flash Flood Warning for... Southwestern Schleicher County in west central Texas... Northeastern Sutton County in west central Texas...

* Until 830 AM CDT.

* At 524 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Sonora, Eldorado, Us-277 Near The Sutton-Schleicher County Line, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 2596 And Ranch Road 864 and I-10 Near The Sutton-Kimble County Line.
