* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 6 to 8 feet.

* WHERE...South facing reefs of Kosrae.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong southeast to southwest winds south of the equator continue to produce southerly swell into eastern Micronesia. Hazardous surf up to 8 feet is expected along south facing reefs through early Thursday morning.
