* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will quickly increase Monday evening into Tuesday morning, with the strongest gusts peaking through midday Tuesday. Some higher gusts close to 60 mph are possible on Tuesday. Winds will decrease slightly, but still stay elevated into Wednesday.
