* WHERE...Cedar River near Conesville.

* WHEN...Until Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Water affects residences along Iowa Highway 22. Water affects Hoot Owl Jct and Elder Avenue south of Iowa Highway 22.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.7 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
