* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, including the following county, Elko.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 531 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rainfall estimates of one to two inches of rain have fallen from thunderstorms so far today with another half of an inch as storms move out of the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas including Little Cedar Mountain. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
