* Flash Flood Warning for... Yavapai County in west central Arizona...

* Until 600 PM MST.

* At 306 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Mainly rural areas of Yavapai County.

This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Agua Fria River, Ash Creek, Brushy Wash, Hackberry Wash, Little Hackberry Wash, Osborne Spring Wash and Yarber Wash.
