* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 1 to 4 ft expected. For the Gale Watch, north winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and waves 1 to 4 ft possible.
* WHERE...Rappahannock River from Urbanna to Windmill Point and York River.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 6 PM EDT Saturday. For the Gale Watch, from Saturday evening through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
