At 323 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 11 miles north of Zion National Park to 11 miles south of Cedar Breaks National Monument. Movement was north at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Cedar City, Zion National Park, Parowan, Panguitch, Paragonah, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Panguitch Lake, and Brian Head.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 15 between mile markers 68 and 84. US Route 89 between mile markers 128 and 138.
