* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas outside of levees begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:01 PM CDT Friday the stage was 16.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Sunday afternoon to a crest of 18.2 feet Sunday evening.
