* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Northwestern Calhoun County in central South Carolina... Southeastern Lexington County in central South Carolina... Northwestern Orangeburg County in central South Carolina...

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 912 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Orangeburg, Brookdale, St. Matthews, Sandy Run, Swansea, North, Springfield, Neeses, Norway, Woodford, Livingston, Prince of Orange Mall, Edisto and Fort Motte. - This includes Interstate 26 between mile markers 125 and 146. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
