* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon to Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, widespread flooding occurs along the Neosho River. Riverview Park becomes inundated and access roads to the Ottawa County Fairgrounds will be closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 21.8 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday morning. This forecast is based on rain that has recently fallen plus the next 24 hours of forecast rainfall.
