.Swells from Hurricane Lowell will quickly fill in today and will produce advisory level surf for southeast Big Island. Additionally, a moderate long period south swell filled in last night and will produce elevated surf along southern exposures today.

* WHAT...Surf heights rising to 7 to 10 feet today.

* WHERE...Southeast Big Island.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents will make swimming dangerous.
