* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, seas 11 to 13 ft. For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 18 to 23 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 19 to 23 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather from 15 to 85 NM.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 9 AM AKST this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 9 AM this morning to noon AKST Friday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from noon to 6 PM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
