* WHERE...Gila County in east central Arizona...
* WHEN...Until 845 AM MST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of Pinto Creek and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 453 AM MST, gauge reports on Pinto Creek indicated continued flow. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Roosevelt Estates. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
